TurboCAD LE (Learning Edition) is 2D CAD software, which is loosely based on TurboCAD v4 and been around for a long, long time. It is available as a free download and does not expire. Although TurboCAD LE runs best on early versions of Windows, you will find it to run unreliably on Windows XP; it will not run properly, if at all, on Vista or later versions. TurboCAD LE is NOT supported to any extent by IMSI/Design.

INSTALLATION...

To install, follow the instructions below:

You've obviously extracted this file from the zip archive! If only this README file has been extracted, make sure you unarchive all the files, including the folder.
Then run SETUP.EXE in the extracted folder. That's all!
